By creating an account or using Muscle Shuffle, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done with your account. You must be at least 13 years old. Your username and display name are permanent — choose carefully.

Health disclaimer

Muscle Shuffle provides general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new program, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• No harassing, hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content (including avatars).
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the AI endpoints.
• No attempting to access another user's account or data.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case.

Content & IP

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display it inside the app so we can provide the service. The Muscle Shuffle name, logo, and app code are ours.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new "Last updated" date here. Continued use means you accept the changes.
