Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Muscle Shuffle account and the personal data associated with it at any time, on the web or inside the mobile app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

Open Muscle Shuffle and sign in to the account you want to remove.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@themuscleshuffle.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, username, and avatar.
Your workouts, streaks, food logs, check-ins, saved plans, and progress history.
Your card collection, coins/plates ledger, and in-app purchases record.
Messages, friendships, notifications, and social activity you created.
Uploaded photos (profile picture, progress photos, check-in photos).
Any wearable connections (Whoop, Oura, Fitbit) you had linked.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate business reasons — for example, payment and tax records held by our payment processor (Stripe), fraud-prevention logs, and anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot be tied back to you. Backups are purged on their normal rotation (up to 30 days).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through your app store. Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges. Web subscriptions billed by Stripe are canceled as part of the deletion process.
