The Muscle Shuffle LLC ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account data: name, username, email, and password (hashed).
Profile & fitness data: age, weight, height, goals, workouts, streaks, food logs, and progress.
Uploaded media: your profile picture (moderated automatically for safety).
Wearables (optional): data from Whoop, Oura, or Fitbit if you connect them.
Payments: processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
Usage data: basic logs needed to keep the app reliable.

How we use it

Run your account and provide the workout, nutrition, and coaching features.
Personalize the AI Coach using the profile context you provide.
Process subscription payments and prevent fraud.
Improve reliability and security.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that power the app: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and the AI providers that power the coach (Google Gemini, OpenAI). We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, disconnect wearables, or delete your account at any time. See Delete your account for step-by-step instructions and what data is removed, or email us at the address below.

Children

Muscle Shuffle is not intended for children under 13.
